JT Quality Policy
Quality is the foundation of our operations and part of our everyday processes. We manage our operations in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, comply with laws and customer requirements, and adhere to the principle of continuous improvement.
Our quality policy supports our strategy and commits us to developing our system and meeting the established requirements.
Our main objectives are:
Customer satisfaction: We understand our customers’ needs and build sustainable, productive relationships.
Reliability: We adhere to the agreed timetables, costs, and quality standards.
Continuous improvement: We develop our operations through customer feedback, metrics, and best practices.
Responsible partnership: We select reliable raw materials and partners to ensure a high-quality service package.
Good manufacturing practices
The safety of packaging materials and other contact materials is one aspect of the safety of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The packaging must be as safe as the product itself and be designed with the product’s entire life cycle in mind.
When we manufacture packaging materials, we comply with good manufacturing practices in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as our own risk assessments.
As a part of good manufacturing practices
We ensure that our products and the materials we use in them are traceable. This enables us to respond to potential product recalls, whether initiated by our suppliers or by us.
We select safe raw materials to minimise odour, flavour, and harmful compound migration from the packaging.
We have established hygiene and cleanliness requirements that we follow and maintain.
We regularly verify the safety and sensory characteristics of our packaging by commissioning an external laboratory to analyse the materials we use the most and the food contents. We help and advise our customers on their packaging testing processes.
We document every work phase, from line clearance to the completion of the work. Data integrity is ensured by adhering to the ALCOA+ principles.
FSC- and PEFC-certified raw materials for packaging
Our operations are FSC- and PEFC-certified. Our Chain of Custody certificates ensure that the fibre in certified raw materials originates from sustainably and responsibly managed forests. This helps safeguard biodiversity for the future.
When a customer chooses FSC- or PEFC-certified packaging materials – whether it is a cardboard box, an insert, or a label – they support environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable forestry.
